“iclean” Fume hoods are primarily used in laboratories to reduce or eliminate exposure to hazardous chemicals, biological hazards, or physical hazards. They are often used when working with toxic compounds or compounds with a boiling point below 120°C.
Fume hoods are semi-enclosed areas with a constant minimum air flow that is connected to an exhaust fan. The airflow in a fume hood is typically maintained at a constant velocity of 80–100 fpm, regardless of the sash height. The sash, or window, on the fume hood allows the worker to view and manipulate objects within the enclosure while keeping fumes away from their face.

The “iclean” Dispensing Booth is purifying apparatus. Unidirectional vertical/Reverse laminar flow Class ISO5 (Class100).
“iclean” Powder containment booths are used to control the hazardous emissions of powders, dust or vapors during powder dispensing, product sampling, or bag dispensing, etc., without risk to the operator or environment. The downdraught prevents airborne dusts caused by weighing and dispensing operations rising into the operator’s breathing zone. The air forced downwards is extracted at low level into the booth’s filtration system where dust particles are contained at each level of filtration prior to being re-circulated back into the booths’ air stream. The focus weighing room is one kind of specialized working room which particularly used in specimen (sampling), analysis industry and weighting, it control the working area powder to prohibit them off the working room. The sampling / dispensing booth is special equipment to control the powder floating, protect user (operators) not breath the user operated powder (User Safety).
The center weighing room’s working area will be kept the air-flow as unidirectional reverse negative pressure condition, exhaust 10% re-circulated air. The small chamber air in center weighing room will pass through three grade filter system HEPA (high efficiency filter will remove 99.997% granules ≥0.003um) to make personal circulated. It controls the powder floating, mixture surplus during process of powder examination, and mixture filling. It can protect the WORKING environment and USER safety.
